Bridging the Digital Divide: Faculty-Level Repositories as a Path to Institutional Open Access

Abstract / Description

This work examines a pressing challenge within the Faculty of Computing, applying established computer science methods to a locally-grounded problem. The study reviews relevant literature, describes the design and implementation approach adopted, and presents an evaluation of the resulting system against its stated objectives. Findings are discussed in relation to prior work in the field, and recommendations are made for future research and practical adoption within the Nigerian higher education context.
